Tom Soloway
Tom Soloway is the Chief Executive Officer of T-knife Therapeutics, a transatlantic biotech developing T-cell receptor (TCR-T) therapies aimed at solid tumors. With more than 25 years across strategy, operations, corporate finance and venture capital, he has helped build and finance a string of life sciences companies including Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Ascendis Pharma and Audentes Therapeutics. He took the helm of T-knife in January 2021, positioning the Berlin- and San Francisco-based company to move its 'supercharged' TCR-T candidates into the clinic while staying lean and capital-efficient.
Elizabeth Czerepak
Elizabeth Czerepak is a life sciences finance executive with more than three decades in big pharma, venture capital, and public biotech. She is Chief Financial Officer and VP of Corporate Development at Mirror Biologics, a clinical-stage immunotherapy company in Wesley Chapel, Florida, where she also served as acting CEO from July 2024 to May 2025. Over her career she has helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars, taken companies public through IPOs and SPAC mergers, and worked on landmark pharma transactions including the search that led to BASF Pharma's sale to Abbott. She sits on the boards of Delcath Systems and TransCode Therapeutics.
Tony Kingsley
Tony Kingsley is a biopharmaceutical executive who runs Stablix, Inc., a New York biotech betting that you can treat disease by protecting proteins instead of destroying them. He took the CEO seat in February 2022 after a career of running one drug company after another - Scholar Rock, TARIS Bio, The Medicines Company - and heading global commercial at Biogen, with a McKinsey partnership and a stint in medical devices before that. In July 2025 he joined the board of Indivior. He holds a Dartmouth degree and a Harvard MBA.
Michael Shih
Michael Shih is the Chief Executive Officer of NeoPhore Ltd, a London-based small molecule neoantigen immuno-oncology company developing first-in-class drugs that target the DNA mismatch repair (MMR) pathway to make cancers more visible to the immune system. An attorney by training with degrees in biology, he spent nearly two decades structuring biotech deals before sitting in the chief executive's chair, with senior business development and corporate development roles at Kite Pharma, Biogen, Sanofi, Epizyme, Forest Laboratories, Kastle Therapeutics and Eisai. He took the helm at NeoPhore in December 2024, right after the company closed an oversubscribed Series B round backed by Bristol Myers Squibb.
Michael Choukas
Michael Choukas is the co-founder and CEO of Autem Therapeutics, a Hanover, New Hampshire biotech building AutEMsys, a bioelectric platform that delivers personalized, amplitude-modulated electromagnetic frequencies to treat solid tumor cancers. A Dartmouth and Harvard Business School graduate, he spent two decades running clinical-development, real-world-data, and oncology-analytics businesses at firms like ConcertAI, Vector Oncology, United BioSource, SCIREX and Bain & Company, work he credits with more than $2.5 billion in market value creation. He raised a $10 million Series A-1 in 2022 and is steering Autem toward FDA-cleared trials in liver cancer and glioblastoma.
