Third Chair is an AI-native IP enforcement and licensing platform that helps rightsholders find who is using their content, trademarks, and likeness without permission and turn that unauthorized use into revenue. Backed by Y Combinator (X25) and FundersClub with $2.3M raised, it pairs AI agents that monitor, investigate, and draft demand letters with an on-demand network of lawyers. Customers - including Universal Music Group and much of the recorded-music industry - used the product to generate more than $1M in revenue in the last six months of 2025.

Checkbox is an AI-powered legal service management platform that acts as the 'AI Legal Front Door' for in-house legal teams. It captures legal requests from channels like email, Slack, Teams and Salesforce, automatically triages and routes them, resolves routine work such as NDAs and contract approvals through self-service and AI agents, and escalates complex matters to attorneys. Built on a no-code, drag-and-drop workflow engine, it gives legal departments a single place to capture, manage, automate and measure their work. Founded in 2016 by Sydney classmates Evan Wong and James Han, Checkbox serves 100+ enterprises including SAP, PepsiCo, Hitachi, Telstra, Woolworths and Xero, and raised a $23M Series A in January 2026 at a reported $100M valuation.
Eve
Eve is a San Francisco-based legal AI company that builds software for plaintiff-side law firms, automating work across the entire case lifecycle - from intake and case evaluation to medical record summaries, demand letters, discovery, and settlement. In June 2026 it rebranded its platform as EveOS, an AI-native operating system for plaintiff firms. Eve reached a $1 billion+ valuation with a $103 million Series B in September 2025, and serves 450+ firms that have collectively recovered more than $3.5 billion.
Finch
Finch is a New York-based legal technology company building an AI-powered pre-litigation team for personal injury law firms. It pairs purpose-built AI agents with experienced, U.S.-based bilingual paralegals to automate the administrative grind of pre-litigation - intake, claim setup, medical record and police report retrieval, lien management, and demand drafting - so firms can take on far more clients without adding headcount. Founded in 2024 by former DoorDash and Google operators, Finch raised a $20M Series A in October 2025 led by Redpoint, with backing from Sequoia Capital and a roster of operator-investors.
