Julián Colombo
Julián Colombo is the founder and CEO of N5 Now, a multinational technology company that builds AI-driven software for banks, insurers and financial firms. After 20 years inside Banco Santander - ending as Global Managing Director of CRM and Business Intelligence in Madrid - he left in 2017 to start N5 with a USD 100 idea. Today N5 works across 18 countries with clients including Santander, Mastercard and Itaú, and in February 2025 raised a USD 20 million Series A to accelerate its banking AI products. An economist and journalist by training, and a former member of Argentina's parliament, Colombo is a frequent voice on how AI will reshape finance over the next decade.
Nicolás Jaramillo
Nicolás Jaramillo is a Chilean engineer turned serial fintech founder who wants to be the BlackRock of web3. After helping build MACH, Chile's first widely adopted digital bank, and scaling the cross-border payments company Global66 across Latin America, he co-founded Arch in 2020 to make crypto investing as boring and accessible as an index fund. Arch packages the chaos of DeFi into tokenized, risk-rated portfolios, raised $5M in seed funding from Digital Currency Group and Upload Ventures, and aims to bring traditional-market discipline to the decentralized economy.
