Founded in New Orleans in 2019 and now based in Monterey, it is backed by seed funding and led by Wall Street veteran Katy Reynolds.
Nicholas Callegari
Nicholas Callegari is the founder, chief engineer, and CEO of Verustruct, a New Haven climate-tech startup building gantry-less 3D printing robots that print entire load-bearing walls - plumbing, wiring, and insulation included. A former SpaceX structures engineer who helped design the Polaris Dawn spacewalk hardware on the Dragon spacecraft, he traded orbit for the housing crisis, betting that the same first-principles engineering used for spacecraft can cut home construction costs in half. He is a 2026 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Manufacturing & Industry and a Yale School of Management MBA.

It matches renters with rooms and whole homes across major U.S. markets, handles roommate matching, tours, payments and maintenance through its app, and offers homeowners and institutional investors full-service property management for single-family-rental and build-to-rent portfolios via its Radar platform.
Andrew Collins
Andrew Collins is the CEO and co-founder of Bungalow, the largest co-living network in the United States. Raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma among serial entrepreneurs, he studied sociology and economics at Princeton and earned an MBA from Wharton before deliberately collecting skills at Medallia, Facebook, and the startup studio Atomic. In 2017 he and Justin McCarty turned their own struggle to find affordable housing and friends in a new city into Bungalow, which furnishes homes and rents individual bedrooms at roughly 30% below the cost of a studio. The company has raised about $175 million, including a $75 million Series C in 2021, from backers like Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund, and Coatue.
Vessel Technologies, Inc.
Vessel Technologies is a New York-based housing product company that designs, manufactures, and franchises attainably priced apartment buildings for the 'missing middle' - working people who earn too much for subsidized housing and too little for market-rate rents. Using a panelized, IKEA-style off-site construction system, Vessel builds all-electric, solar-powered, universally accessible apartments that fit on small urban lots and go up in under a year for a fraction of conventional cost.

Vikas Enti is the co-founder and CEO of Reframe Systems, an Andover, Massachusetts startup using robotic microfactories to build net-zero, climate-resilient homes faster, cheaper, and with a fraction of the carbon of conventional construction. A veteran of Amazon Robotics, where he spent roughly a decade helping scale a fleet of more than half a million warehouse robots, Enti left logistics to point the same systems thinking at the housing crisis. He founded Reframe in 2022 with two former Amazon colleagues, raised a $20M Series A in 2025, and is deploying microfactories from Massachusetts to wildfire-hit Los Angeles.
