Eric Rock
Eric Rock is the co-founder and CEO of Percipio Health, a Dallas-based company using AI and an ordinary smartphone - no medical devices - to collect whole-person health signals for scalable population health monitoring. A serial healthcare and technology entrepreneur, Rock previously founded ProHost (acquired by OpenTable), MEDHOST (a pioneering touchscreen emergency-department EMR), and Vivify Health, which grew into one of the largest remote patient monitoring platforms before Optum acquired it. Percipio launched in 2025 with $20M in Series A funding and a mission to bring proactive, low-cost care to entire populations.
Tyler Payne
Tyler Payne is the founder and CEO of Vellum Health, an Austin-based company that sends clinicians to draw a line, hang an infusion, or run a blood transfusion at a patient's bedside in a skilled nursing facility or living room instead of an emergency room. He rolled up a set of regional vascular-access businesses, wrapped them in a single brand and an AI platform that reads a facility's EMR to find patients who need care, and closed a Series A in mid-2025 led by FCA Venture Partners. Before Vellum he helped build CVS Health's nationwide clinical-trial infrastructure and worked at Elligo Health Research and ePatientFinder. He holds a molecular biology degree from Colorado and an MBA from UT Austin's McCombs School.
Shawn Dastmalchi
Shawn Dastmalchi is a serial healthcare-technology entrepreneur and the CEO of Gratia Health, an Austin-based startup that uses behavioral science and incentive design to keep nurses on the job. A UC Berkeley PhD in vision science, he co-founded and led Apixio, a clinical big-data company later acquired by Centene, then built Ark.one Health out of an entrepreneur-in-residence stint at Sutter Health. Across 25-plus years in life sciences, medical devices and health IT, his throughline is turning messy clinical data into decisions - and, at Gratia, turning the daily grind of a hospital floor into reasons for nurses to stay.
Glen Tullman
Glen Tullman is a serial health-tech entrepreneur and CEO of Transcarent, the consumer-directed health and care platform he founded in 2021. Over three decades he turned Allscripts into the dominant electronic health records provider, founded Livongo Health and sold it to Teladoc for $18.5 billion - the largest consumer digital health deal in history - and co-founded 7wireVentures, one of the top-returning venture funds in Illinois. Now leading Transcarent's $621M acquisition of Accolade and pushing AI-powered 'WayFinding' tools into employee benefits, Tullman is also a Giving Pledge signatory who has committed most of his estimated $1 billion fortune to healthcare and education.
Todd Gottula
Todd Gottula is CEO and Co-Founder of Clarify Health, a San Francisco-based healthcare analytics platform that maps over 300 million patient journeys and delivers 18 billion-plus AI-predicted precision insights. A Caltech-trained chemical engineer who spent over a decade as EVP and CTO at Advent Software (acquired by SS&C Technologies for $2.7B), Gottula co-founded Clarify in 2015 to bring the data intelligence of banking and consumer industries into healthcare. The company has raised over $401M in total funding, including a $150M Series D in 2022, and earned the #1 KLAS ranking in Data Analytics Platforms for Payers.
