Gabriel Jones
Gabriel Jones is the co-founder and CEO of Proprio, a Seattle medtech company building AI-powered surgical navigation. Its FDA-cleared Paradigm platform combines light-field imaging, real-time AI, and 3D visualization to give surgeons dynamic spatial awareness during spine procedures. Jones took an unusual path to medtech - engineering study in Japan, civil engineering at Taisei, Wall Street M&A, and work with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation - before co-founding Proprio in 2016 with a neurosurgeon, a robotics professor, and a computer vision specialist. Kim Seth, Ph.D., is the founding President & CEO of Nilo Therapeutics, a New York biotech that launched in October 2025 with a $101 million Series A to build medicines that talk to the immune system through the brain. Kurt Tsuo is the Chief Business Officer of Varaha, a Gurugram-based carbon removal company building high-integrity credits with smallholder farmers across Asia and Africa. A Harvard-trained economist who spent seven years in agriculture before it was a climate headline, he has built business lines at the Gates Foundation, Farmer's Business Network, ProducePay, and Breakthrough Energy, and co-founded the carbon storage startup Graphyte. Vincent Ling
Vincent Ling is the Chief Business Officer of Morphocell Technologies, a Laval-based regenerative medicine company building iPSC-derived engineered tissues to treat severe organ dysfunction, starting with liver disease. A biotech and pharma veteran of three decades, he spent 12 years at Takeda's Center for External Innovation, where he identified and backed the Kariko-Weissman mRNA platform out of the University of Pennsylvania - the science that became the first COVID mRNA vaccines and earned the 2023 Nobel Prize. He has held leadership roles at Genetics Institute, Adnexus Therapeutics, and Neurotech Pharmaceuticals, and advises the Gates Foundation and academic institutions.
Vickram Saigal
Vickram Saigal is a seasoned product leader and co-founder with over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and emerging markets. After stints at Bain & Company, the Gates Foundation in Ethiopia, IDEO.org, and Adobe - where he built low-latency identity and privacy systems for Adobe Advertising Cloud - he went on to serve as Head of Product at SaaS Labs (makers of JustCall), leading a 20+ person product and design team as the company scaled to a $42M Series B. In November 2024, he joined Fundamento as Co-Founder to drive product and technology innovation at one of India's leading AI-powered voice agent companies backed by Google, applying his decade of experience across global enterprise software to the frontier of AI-native customer experience.
