Anne Fulenwider
Anne Fulenwider spent 25 years turning sentences into magazine covers, capped by eight years as editor-in-chief of Marie Claire. Then she walked away from the masthead to co-found Alloy Women's Health, a digital company that connects women in perimenopause and menopause to menopause-trained physicians and doctor-prescribed treatment delivered to the door. She runs it as co-CEO alongside Monica Molenaar, applying an editor's instinct for storytelling to one of medicine's most overlooked subjects.
Connie Lehman
Connie Lehman is a radiologist who spent three decades reading mammograms and decided the picture could tell a different story. As founder and CEO of Boston-based Clairity, she built the first FDA-authorized AI platform that reads a routine screening mammogram and estimates a woman's five-year risk of developing breast cancer, spotting tissue patterns invisible to the human eye. A Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School with more than 300 peer-reviewed publications, she left a celebrated academic career to commercialize the idea that imaging should predict cancer, not just find it. TIME named her to its 2026 TIME100 Health list and Forbes to its 50 Over 50: Innovation list.
Joanna Strober
Joanna Strober is the co-founder and CEO of Midi Health, the first menopause startup to achieve unicorn status, raising $100M in Series D funding in February 2026 at a $1B+ valuation. A former Bessemer Venture Partners general partner and Sterling Stamos managing director turned entrepreneur, she built Midi Health after her own year-long struggle to get a perimenopause diagnosis in her late 40s. Midi now serves 230,000+ patients across all 50 states through a network of 500+ clinicians, with care covered by approximately 80% of PPOs. Jenny Lefcourt
Jenny Lefcourt is a General Partner at Freestyle VC, a San Francisco-based seed-stage venture capital firm with $565M+ AUM. A serial entrepreneur who dropped out of Stanford GSB to co-found WeddingChannel.com (backed by Kleiner Perkins), she later co-founded Bella Pictures before transitioning to venture capital in 2014.
