Itay Oren
Itay Oren is the co-founder and CEO of Visitt, an AI-native property operations platform for commercial real estate. He started the company in 2017 after working in business development for real estate firms in Israel, where he saw first-hand how fragmented and outdated building operations software had become. Under Oren, Visitt has grown to more than 150 customers across 310-plus cities and 10,000 properties, positioning itself as an early mover in embedding AI directly into the day-to-day work of property teams. In January 2026 the company raised a $22 million Series B led by Susquehanna Growth Equity to build what Oren calls a single AI interface for CRE operations.
Matt Engfer
Matt Engfer is the co-founder and CEO of Cubby, an AI-native operating platform for self-storage facilities based in New York. After stints in enterprise client success at commercial real estate software firm VTS and an art-sales side hustle that put him inside three storage units and left him baffled by the industry's technology, he started Cubby in 2022 with Adam Fleming. Cubby now serves more than 400 operators managing over 500,000 units across the U.S. and Canada, and raised a $63M Series A led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives in early 2026.
Jared Schwartzentruber
Jared Schwartzentruber is the founder and CEO of Prefix, a New York facility management platform that keeps the ovens, freezers, and HVAC humming for multi-site restaurant and retail chains like Chipotle, Bojangles, and Famous Footwear. A mechanical engineer trained at Purdue and Columbia, he traded bio-inspired robotics and a healthcare startup for the deeply unglamorous world of broken walk-in coolers, wagering that agentic AI plus a real service layer can cut a chain's maintenance costs by more than 15%. In April 2026 Prefix raised a $7.5M seed round to push toward 10,000 locations.
Dan Ryan
Dan Ryan is the CEO and Co-Founder of VergeSense, the leading occupancy intelligence platform transforming how global enterprises manage their real estate. A serial entrepreneur with a track record in hardware-software integration, Ryan previously co-founded ByteLight (LED-based indoor positioning, acquired by Acuity Brands in 2015) before launching VergeSense in 2017 through Y Combinator. Under his leadership, VergeSense has grown to serve 200+ Fortune 500 companies across 140 million square feet in 50+ countries, raising $82.6 million including a $60M Series C in 2021. Ryan is based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area and is recognized as a pioneer at the intersection of physical and digital worlds, building AI-powered tools that help companies make data-driven decisions about office space, sustainability, and hybrid work strategy.
Michael DeLacey
Michael DeLacey is the US CEO of Symetri, the global AECO and manufacturing technology consultancy he helped build from a two-person New England Autodesk reseller in 1994 into a 500-person organization spanning the US and Europe. As co-founder of Microdesk — which Symetri acquired in 2022 and rebranded in 2023 — DeLacey has spent three decades embedding building information modeling, enterprise asset management, and cloud-based digital workflows into the design, construction, and operations practices of architects, engineers, and manufacturers. His conviction: teach people to fish, not fish for them.
