Paxel is an Indonesian app-based logistics startup founded in 2018 that pioneered guaranteed same-day intercity delivery across Java and Bali. Using a relay network of couriers (Happiness Heroes) and smart lockers (PaxelBox), it moves parcels point-to-point within a promised time window, and has grown into a specialist in cold-chain and frozen-food delivery for SMEs, F&B businesses, and e-commerce sellers. It raised a $23M Series C in 2022 led by Astra.
PT. Global Jet Express (J&T Express)
PT. Global Jet Express, known globally as J&T Express, is an Indonesia-founded express delivery and logistics company built for the e-commerce era. Launched in Jakarta in 2015 by Jet Lee and Tony Chen, it grew from a domestic Indonesian courier into one of the world's largest parcel networks, operating across Southeast Asia, China, and new markets in the Middle East and Latin America. The company blends a dense physical network of sorting centers, depots, and couriers with digital tracking and automation, moving tens of millions of parcels a day for online sellers, marketplaces, and consumers.
Jitsu
Jitsu is a tech-enabled, vertically integrated last-mile delivery company that helps e-commerce brands get parcels to the doorstep quickly, cheaply, and with unusually few lost packages. Formerly known as AxleHire, the Berkeley, California company built its own warehouse management, sortation, routing, and driver software so every system talks in real time, and it now covers 23 of the 25 largest U.S. metro areas with same-day, next-day, and two-day options at rates competitive with traditional ground shipping.
Grip
Grip is a Miami-based cold-chain fulfillment and logistics company that helps direct-to-consumer brands ship frozen and refrigerated goods without them arriving as soup. Founded by former ButcherBox logistics leaders, its software picks carriers, packaging, and refrigerant levels in real time based on weather and network conditions, and its warehouses across six states handle the physical fulfillment. The company says it has shipped more than two billion dollars of perishable goods on time for brands like HelloFresh, ButcherBox, and Open Farm.
