Tracy MacNeal
Tracy MacNeal is a chemical engineer turned healthcare executive who serves as President and CEO of Materna Medical, a women's health technology company in Mountain View, California. With more than 25 years across pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, digital health and medical devices, and six transactions to her name, she has built a career on commercializing hard-to-define products and opening markets that others overlook. She sits on the board of AdvaMed and chairs its Women's Executive Network, and she is known for pairing engineering rigor with a storyteller's instinct for building trust with clinicians, investors and customers.
Eric Harber
Eric Harber is the CEO of KUKUI, the SaaS marketing, CRM, and analytics platform built for the automotive aftermarket. A Stanford-trained engineer with a Duke MBA, he has spent more than 25 years building and turning around global software companies - taking Hipcricket public as President and COO, running global product and marketing inside Amazon's Local Commerce group, leading Flowroute as CEO, and advising founders and boards as an Operating Partner at private equity firm Diversis Capital. He coaches high school wrestling and sits on the board of a Seattle-area nonprofit school.

(formerly Hawthorne Effect), a Walnut Creek-based company building the largest community-based clinical trial site network in the U.S. A clinical research industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Rose previously led decentralized clinical trial strategy at IQVIA and CVS Health before taking the helm at Hawthorne Health in early 2024. Under his leadership, Hawthorne has expanded to 75+ community locations, partnered with 40+ pharma sponsors, and pioneered a model that embeds certified clinical research staff inside independent pharmacies and patients' homes - bringing trials to communities that traditional research networks have long bypassed.
