Founded in 2018 by Nick Smith, the venture-backed firm trained its own sales-focused AI model to replace roughly a dozen point solutions, and its Sailebots are deployed across dozens of countries for enterprise and mid-market sales teams at companies including Staples, Wiley, and Rogers Electric.

Agentforce is Salesforce's platform for building and deploying autonomous AI agents that work alongside humans across sales, service, marketing, and commerce. Launched at Dreamforce in September 2024 and powered by the Atlas Reasoning Engine, it lets companies stand up agents that resolve customer queries, qualify leads, and complete tasks grounded in their own CRM data. It has become the fastest-growing product in Salesforce history, reaching a $1.2 billion annual recurring revenue run rate by April 2026.

Luminai is an AI-native workflow automation platform built for the back office of American healthcare. It turns messy, unstructured inputs - faxes, chart notes, insurance forms - into structured data and then runs full administrative workflows like referral intake, patient registration, and denial appeals end to end, with a human in the loop and HIPAA/SOC 2 controls baked in. Founded in 2019 by Kesava Kirupa Dinakaran and Dmitry Dolgopolov, the company started life as customer-support RPA tool DigitalBrain, pivoted entirely into healthcare, and raised a $38M Series B in April 2026 led by Peak XV Partners, with Cleveland Clinic as a flagship partner.
