Triple W USA makes DFree, the first wearable ultrasound sensor that predicts when you need to use the bathroom. The matchbox-sized device sits on the lower abdomen, tracks bladder fullness in real time, and sends an alert to a phone or tablet before it is too late. Founded by Atsushi Nakanishi in 2015 and headquartered in San Diego, the company sells to individuals, caregivers, and senior care facilities under the banner of dignity and independent living - 'diaper-free.'
