Craig Kohler is the founder and CEO of ONVI, a Chicago-area oral health technology company building what he calls the operating system for oral health. A dentist for four decades on Chicago's North Shore, he spent 20-plus years recording procedures through surgical microscopes and noticed a pattern: patients who could actually see inside their own mouths started taking better care of their teeth. He turned that observation into a product line - the video-enabled Prophix brush, the LED-lit MOTSY Light manual brush, and the HIPAA-compliant ONView platform - backed by 39 patents and a $25 million Series A raised in August 2025.
Shahrukh Chaudhary is the founder of Onora AI, a Milton, Ontario startup building an AI-powered virtual front desk for dental clinics and DSOs across North America. His agents answer after-hours calls, book and reschedule appointments against live availability, run insurance checks, and chase down no-shows - taking clinics from 10 to 15 missed calls a night to zero. Before dentistry, he spent 15-plus years scaling tech businesses, including running Careem's Karachi operations and building products at Azul Code and Hoid.pk.
Vijay Sikka is the founder, chairman and CEO of Sikka.ai (Sikka Software Corporation), a San Jose company that runs a single AI-API cloud platform for the roughly $1 trillion retail healthcare market. He started building AI systems as a college student in the mid-1980s and has spent more than 25 years on large-scale decision systems at Intel, NIH, GlaxoSmithKline, Roche and UCSF affiliates. After founding and exiting two earlier companies, IBrain Software and Bodha.com, he grew Sikka into a platform reaching tens of thousands of practices and over 120 million patients, and was named AI-Driven Healthcare Solutions CEO of the Year for 2024.
