Jose Seara
Jose Seara is the founder and CEO of DeNexus, a Boston-based company that quantifies cyber risk for operational technology and industrial control systems. A naval and marine engineer by training, he spent nearly two decades building critical infrastructure and renewable energy companies across Europe and North America before pivoting to cybersecurity. He started DeNexus after discovering, as an energy operator, that he could not measure his own company's cyber risk or insure against it. His DeRISK platform turns technical threat data into financial metrics that boards and insurers can act on.
Mario Vitale
Mario Vitale is CEO of Resilience Cyber Insurance Solutions and President of Resilience, a cyber risk company that fuses cybersecurity, insurance and incident recovery into a single offering. A native New Yorker with more than 40 years in insurance, he previously ran Willis North America, Zurich's Global Corporate business and Aspen's global insurance operations before coming out of semi-retirement to help build Resilience alongside military-veteran founders Raj Shah and Vishaal Hariprasad.
Kevin Thomsen
Kevin Thomsen is a revenue and partnerships executive who turned a career building channel ecosystems at Zoom and Vonage into a cybersecurity mission. As Chief Revenue Officer (and acting CEO-level lead on growth) at Maxxsure, a Dallas-area cyber risk quantification firm, he champions the M-Score - a way to translate cyber risk into a single financial number that boards, CFOs, and insurers can argue about in plain English.
Billy Gouveia
Billy Gouveia is the founder and CEO of Surefire Cyber, a Maryland-based incident response firm that helps cyber insurers, brokers, law firms, and organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents like ransomware, business email compromise, and data theft. A former U.S. Army intelligence officer and Columbia and Georgetown graduate, he spent years in national security and enterprise risk consulting before incubating Surefire Cyber inside Forgepoint Capital and launching it in 2022 with $10 million in Series A funding. His pitch: combine automation with human expertise to deliver faster, calmer response when companies are under attack.
Jack Kudale
Jack Kudale is the Founder and CEO of Cowbell, a Pleasanton, California-based AI-powered cyber insurance platform built for small and medium-sized enterprises. After 26 years in enterprise software at companies including CA Technologies and SnapLogic, Kudale founded Cowbell in January 2019 to close the cyber insurability gap for the world's 300 million small businesses. The company has raised $209 million in total funding - including a $60 million Series C from Zurich Insurance Group in 2024 - covers nearly 30,000 SMEs across four countries, and has paid out nearly $250 million in claims. Kudale was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 Bay Area Award Winner and placed Cowbell at #13 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list.

Rotem Iram is the co-founder and CEO of At-Bay, the world's first InsurSec provider - a company that merges cyber insurance with active security technology to help businesses reduce and manage digital risk. A veteran of Israel's elite Intelligence Unit 8200, Harvard MBA holder, and former McKinsey consultant, Iram built At-Bay from a 2014 email hunch into a $1.35 billion unicorn by 2021, pioneering the idea that insurers - not just enterprises - should be the ones forcing better cybersecurity standards across the market.

Xing Xin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Upfort (formerly Paladin Cyber), a San Francisco-based platform that unifies cybersecurity and cyber insurance into a single solution for small and medium-sized businesses. With a background in management consulting, AI startups, and a childhood spent building computers for neighbors, Xin co-founded Upfort after watching a close friend's accounting firm get destroyed by ransomware in 2017. Under his leadership, Upfort now serves over 25,000 companies, has processed more than $100M in cyber insurance premiums annually, and has been shown to reduce the likelihood of security incidents by 81%.
Arvind Parthasarathi
Arvind Parthasarathi is the Founder and CEO of CYGNVS, a cybersecurity SaaS platform that serves as the out-of-band command center for cyber crisis readiness and response. A serial entrepreneur with over two decades in Silicon Valley, Arvind previously founded Cyence (acquired by Guidewire Software) and led YarcData (acquired by Cray/HPE) and held SVP roles at Informatica. CYGNVS emerged from stealth in January 2023 with a $55M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, and serves 2,500+ enterprise organizations with playbooks, tabletop simulations, and automated regulatory reporting.
