Trip Hofer
Trip Hofer is the CEO of Redox, the healthcare data interoperability company that moved more than 15 billion healthcare transactions across 12,000-plus organizations and 90-plus EHR systems in a single year. A near-25-year veteran of healthcare who started at Booz Allen and the Washington, D.C. mayor's office, he ran the largest mental-health provider in the United States as CEO of Optum Behavioral Solutions and sold virtual-care company AbleTo to Optum in 2020 before taking Redox's helm in November 2023. He is also a Venture Partner at .406 Ventures.

Josh Rose is the CEO of Hawthorne Health, Inc. (formerly Hawthorne Effect), a Walnut Creek-based company building the largest community-based clinical trial site network in the U.S. A clinical research industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Rose previously led decentralized clinical trial strategy at IQVIA and CVS Health before taking the helm at Hawthorne Health in early 2024. Hal Paz (Harold L. Paz, M.D., M.S.) is an Operating Partner at Khosla Ventures, where he focuses on digital healthcare innovation and AI-driven health solutions. A physician-scientist and seasoned health system CEO, he has led multi-billion-dollar enterprises at CVS Health/Aetna, Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Penn State Health, and Stony Brook University Medicine. He has served as a medical school dean twice over - first at Robert Wood Johnson, then at Penn State - and has authored over 100 papers on sepsis, ARDS, and medical devices.
