Founded in 2024 by Rishi Choudhary and Nitish Poddar and backed by Y Combinator (S24), Kastle plugs into existing systems of record such as ICE MSP and works with large mortgage servicers, including Carrington Mortgage Services.
WIZ.AI is a Singapore-based enterprise voice AI company that builds generative-AI voice agents ("Talkbots") able to hold natural, human-like phone and messaging conversations in local Southeast Asian languages and accents - including Singlish, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, Thai and Mandarin. Founded in 2019, it helps banks, telcos, insurers and other large enterprises automate customer service, collections, telemarketing and reminders across voice, chat and messaging channels, positioning itself as a local-first alternative to global contact-center automation vendors.
Sourabh Gupta is the co-founder and CEO of Skit.ai, the New York-headquartered voice AI company he started in 2016 with Akshay Deshraj as Vernacular.ai, straight out of IIT Roorkee. Skit builds an augmented voice intelligence platform used by contact centers and collections teams, and has raised roughly $30M across rounds including a $23M Series B led by WestBridge Capital in 2021. Gupta was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia (2021).
Engageware is a Tewksbury, Massachusetts company that builds AI-powered customer engagement software for regulated industries, especially banks and credit unions. Born from appointment-scheduling pioneer TimeTrade (founded 1999) and reshaped through the acquisitions of SilverCloud and Argentina's conversational-AI firm Aivo, the platform combines AI agents, intelligent appointment scheduling, and knowledge management to automate routine inquiries and hand customers to a human when it counts. It is trusted by more than 600 organizations across 20+ countries and has orchestrated roughly three billion customer interactions.
LightSpun (formerly 32Health) is a Boston-based, AI-first software company rebuilding the back office of dental insurance. Its modular, API-first platform automates claims adjudication, benefits administration, provider onboarding, credentialing, and contact-center workflows for dental payers and dental service organizations. Customers auto-adjudicate more than 90% of claims, cut administrative overhead roughly in half, and shrink provider onboarding from 45-60 days to under a week. The company raised a $13M Series A in September 2025 and powers credentialing and claims for a large share of U.S. dental providers, including through a collaboration with the American Dental Association.
Replicant builds voice AI that handles the calls contact centers would rather not - the password resets, the order checks, the billing nudges - so human agents can spend their time on the calls that actually need a human. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in San Francisco, the company has raised more than $113M, including a $78M Series B led by Stripes in 2022.
