Simon Elliott

Simon Elliott is the CEO of 1Breadcrumb (now rebranded as Breadcrumb), a construction safety and compliance platform replacing paper-based site workflows with real-time digital systems. With over 25 years of leadership across health tech, government tech, and construction technology, Elliott has guided 1Breadcrumb from a Melbourne startup to a global platform trusted by 300,000+ site workers across Australia, the UK, and North America. In 2024 he relocated to San Francisco to lead the company's US push, and in 2025 he orchestrated the acquisition of rival SignOnSite to create the dominant construction safety platform in the ANZ market. He is also an active angel investor with Melbourne Angels.
