Parambil
Parambil is a New York-based AI company building litigation-grade software that turns tangled, high-volume medical records into structured, source-linked case intelligence for complex litigation. Its agentic platform investigates, drafts, researches, and organizes cases for mass tort, medical malpractice, birth injury, and nursing home matters - reading tens of thousands of pages, building timelines, flagging missed diagnoses, and tying every conclusion back to the underlying record. Founded by a McKinsey-trained operator, a founding engineer, and a former Chair of Medicine at Yale and Stanford, Parambil raised a $6M seed round in January 2026 led by Bling Capital and serves hundreds of plaintiff and defense firms.
Ofer Bleiweiss
Ofer Bleiweiss is the founder and CEO of Everchron, a cloud-based litigation management platform built for lawyers by lawyers. A former litigator at Irell & Manella who studied math and psychology at Berkeley before law school at USC, he built the software he wished he'd had during high-stakes cases: a single place where case teams chronology evidence, auto-generate witness files, sync deposition transcripts, and now interrogate entire matters with AI. From Los Angeles, his roughly 20-person, distributed team serves AmLaw 100 firms, litigation boutiques, and corporate counsel.
Sara Dwyer
Sara Dwyer (who also goes by Sara Cordrey) is the co-founder and CEO of Parambil, a New York startup building agentic AI for complex litigation. Parambil reads tens of thousands of pages of medical records, pharmacy data and legal files to tell a law firm what happened medically, why it matters legally, and what a case is worth. A University of Pennsylvania computer scientist who spent nearly four years as a McKinsey engagement manager at the intersection of AI and life sciences, she launched the company in 2023 and raised a $2M pre-seed (Daybreak Ventures, Jan 2025) followed by a $6M seed led by Bling Capital (Jan 2026).
