Collabrios Health is a Lafayette, California healthcare technology company that builds a purpose-built operating system for home and community-based care, with a focus on PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly). Formed in October 2024 by private-equity firm Assured Healthcare Partners through the consolidation of RTZ Systems, PeerPlace Networks and Tabula Rasa's PACE EMR division, Collabrios combines electronic health records, care coordination, third-party administration and AI-driven analytics into a single integrated platform. It supports over one million individuals across 125+ PACE programs and roughly 1,000 home and community-based organizations nationwide.
Allswell
Allswell is a queer-founded, community-first mental health company delivering virtual, affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ adults. It pairs clients with licensed therapists trained in LGBTQ+-affirming care and evidence-based modalities (CBT, CPT, EMDR, DBT, IFS), and blends one-on-one video sessions with peer groups and community spaces. Live in Maryland and in-network with Medicaid and major insurers, Allswell raised $1.3M in pre-seed funding led by Amboy Street Ventures to close longstanding gaps in mental health care for queer people.

Dawn Androphy is the co-founder and CEO of Allswell, a venture-backed telehealth startup delivering identity-centered, evidence-based mental health care to LGBTQ+ adults. A Stanford MBA and former Microsoft and BCG operator, she has spent more than a decade organizing with queer community groups before turning that experience into a company that pairs licensed affirming therapists with affordable group and individual care. Allswell raised $1.3M in pre-seed funding, is live in Maryland and in-network with Medicaid and major insurers, and is expanding across the DC-Maryland-Virginia region.

Cityblock Health is a New York-based, technology-driven healthcare company that delivers integrated primary care, behavioral health, and social services to Medicaid and dually eligible (Medicare-Medicaid) members in underserved communities. Spun out of Alphabet's Sidewalk Labs in 2017, Cityblock pairs neighborhood-based care teams with a custom care-management platform to treat the whole person - medical needs alongside housing, food, and other social drivers of health - under value-based, risk-sharing contracts with health plans. It serves more than 100,000 members across over ten states.
Seen Health
Seen Health is a technology-enabled senior care company building culturally focused PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers, starting with Asian and Pacific Islander elders in California's San Gabriel Valley. Founded by twin brothers Xing and Yang Su, it combines comprehensive medical and social care, native-language providers, an AI documentation platform, and a program that trains and pays family members as caregivers so seniors can age at home with dignity instead of entering nursing homes.
