Enrico Carbone
Enrico Carbone is a Brazilian-born General Partner at Reaction, a Palo Alto-based impact venture fund co-founded by 150+ Stanford alumni across 45 countries, focused on improving one billion lives within a decade through health technology and climate innovation. After a 22-year career in global investment banking at firms including Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, and BR Partners, he transitioned to venture capital and now also serves as Founding Managing Partner of Irukandji Capital (IKJ Capital), an early-stage healthcare technology fund. He is a Stanford Executive Program (SEP '18) graduate, a recognized GSB Centennial Alumni Catalyst, and a board member of Health in Harmony, an NGO serving indigenous communities in Indonesia, Madagascar, and Brazil.
Matt Logan
Matt Logan is General Partner at Earthshot Ventures, a $60M San Francisco-based climate tech fund he helped build from the ground up. Formerly with Elemental Excelerator and Advanced Microgrid Solutions, Logan brings a rare blend of project finance, corporate partnerships, and data-driven sourcing to early-stage climate investing. He built Earthshot's proprietary outbound sourcing engine and focuses on companies where powerful technology waves - AI, robotics, materials, and energy - intersect with outsized climate benefit.
Peter Reinhardt
Peter Reinhardt is CEO and co-founder of Charm Industrial, a San Francisco-based climate tech company that converts agricultural and forest biomass residues into bio-oil and permanently sequesters it underground - effectively putting carbon back where it came from. Before pivoting to saving the planet, he co-founded Segment, the customer data infrastructure platform, and scaled it from a MIT dorm-room idea to a $3.2 billion acquisition by Twilio in 2020. Now he runs Charm with a mission to return atmospheric CO2 to pre-industrial levels of 280 ppm, counting Stripe, Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, and Meta among customers.
