Daylight Computer Co. is a San Francisco public benefit corporation building computers that don't fight your biology. Its first device, the DC-1 tablet, has a 60fps monochrome 'Live Paper' display, an amber backlight free of blue light and flicker, and runs Android apps. Founded by Anjan Katta in 2018, Daylight sold out its first 5,000-unit production run after a May 2024 launch and has become a touchstone for the 'healthier tech' movement.

He continues on BayMark's board and now serves as VP of Health Evidence at LiquidView, where Stanford-validated digital windows are being studied for their effects on heart rate and circadian rhythm. He is a trustee at the University of San Francisco.
