Matias Muchnick is the Chilean co-founder and CEO of NotCo, a food-tech company that uses a proprietary AI system called Giuseppe to design plant-based versions of dairy and meat products. Founded in 2015, NotCo became Chile's first unicorn in 2021, formed a joint venture with Kraft Heinz, and counts Bezos Expeditions among its investors.

Pedro Sanchez de Lozada is the founder and CEO of Canid, a New York healthtech company that takes the operational, financial, and data drudgery of running a vaccine program off pediatricians' plates. A Chilean who has spent more than 15 years building software for small businesses (Udemy, Rinse, Merlin), he started Canid in 2020 after managing his pediatrician relatives' practices during the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2025 Canid raised a $10M Series A led by Telescope Partners, bringing total funding to $12.9M, while serving 150+ independent pediatricians across 12 states.

Gonzalo Fuenzalida-Meriz is a Chilean-born entrepreneur and CEO & Co-Founder of Andes, a California-based climate tech company that deploys beneficial soil microbes via seed coatings to permanently lock atmospheric CO2 into soil minerals. A former investment banker turned biotech founder, he led development of the world's first Microbial Carbon Mineralization (MCM) Methodology — validated under ISO 14064 — and has raised $41M+ to scale a platform that simultaneously improves farm yields and generates durable carbon credits.
Diana Hu
Diana Hu is a General Partner at Y Combinator, where she has conducted over 1,700 office hours advising portfolio companies now worth a combined $1.7 billion. A Chilean-born engineer of Chinese descent, she co-founded Escher Reality in 2016, built the infrastructure for cross-platform multi-user AR experiences through YC's S17 batch, and sold the company to Niantic (makers of Pokemon GO) in 2018. She then led Niantic's AR Platform engineering before transitioning to investing, becoming one of the rare founders-turned-top-tier-VCs with deep technical chops in augmented reality, computer vision, and machine learning.
