Chen Konfino
Chen Konfino is the founder and CEO of Younity, a New York-based PropTech company that rebuilds the communications backbone of residential and commercial buildings. Founded in 2018, Younity delivers property-wide intelligent WiFi, building-system monitoring, and cyber protection through a single software platform, turning connectivity into a source of net operating income for property owners. Before Younity, Chen was product and IT manager at data-security firm Vaultive, which was acquired by CyberArk, and earlier served in the Israel Defense Forces' Military Intelligence. It delivers property-wide, instantly provisioned WiFi paired with a SaaS layer for building performance monitoring, cyber protection, proactive service and an open platform for smart-building integrations. Younity helps landlords, developers and asset managers turn connectivity from a cost center into a revenue source while giving tenants lightning-fast, secure internet from move-in.
James Metropoulos
James (Jim) Metropoulos is the founder and CEO of Blue Box Air, a Dallas-based clean tech company that has built a patented, bio-automated way to clean and restore the heat-transfer coils inside commercial HVAC systems. He founded the company in 2016 in Southern California and moved its headquarters to Deep Ellum, Dallas in 2020. His enzyme-based process tackles a century-old problem in the HVAC industry - coils that were never truly cleanable - and in doing so cuts building energy use, improves indoor air quality, and lowers carbon emissions. Blue Box counts clients such as MGM Resorts, UC Berkeley, General Motors, LA Children's Hospital and the Golden State Warriors, and reports having restored tens of thousands of coils while saving hundreds of millions of kilowatt-hours.

Legence went public on Nasdaq under the ticker LGN in September 2025.

Jeffrey Sprau is the CEO of Legence, the building-performance platform that went public on Nasdaq (LGN) in September 2025. An industrial engineer by training, he runs a 6,300-person operation that designs, builds, and tunes the mechanical guts of the buildings most people never think about - data centers, hospitals, semiconductor fabs - with the explicit goal of cutting their carbon and energy use.
