Ché Wijesinghe
Ché Wijesinghe is the CEO of Cape.ai (formerly Cape Privacy), a New York and Halifax based company that builds AI for confidentially processing sensitive data across vision, voice and language models. A 25-year veteran of the enterprise software industry, he has led field operations and revenue at data and analytics companies including Cisco, Composite Software, OmniSci/HEAVY.ai and Neokami before taking the helm at Cape, where he has steered the company from an encrypted machine learning platform toward AI tools for document validation, compliance and financial services.
Justin Wohlstadter
Justin Wohlstadter is the founder and CEO of Waldo, a New Orleans-based AI research platform that helps marketing agencies and brands get smart fast for pitches, brand strategy, and creative work. Before Waldo, he spent nearly a decade running Wonder (AskWonder.com), an on-demand human research service powered by thousands of analysts worldwide, and earlier co-founded BOLDstart Ventures, where he backed companies later acquired by Google, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Akamai. A Harvard and Oxford graduate who wrote his master's dissertation on how the internet would reshape access to education, he has spent his entire career chasing one obsession: making it faster for a curious person to know more than they did a minute ago.

Jennifer Moy is the Chief Operating Officer of Boldstart Ventures, a New York-and-Miami-based seed fund with over $1 billion in assets under management that backs engineering-driven founders from day one. With 18+ years in venture capital, she brings rare operational depth to an early-stage shop - spanning LP relations, FINRA compliance, broker-dealer oversight, and firm-wide infrastructure. Before Boldstart, she was VP at Dawntreader Ventures and has held CFO/FINOP roles at broker dealers. A Cornell economics grad and self-described Pac-Man enthusiast, she is the operational engine behind one of the most founder-focused inception-stage funds in the country.
Max Heald
Max Heald is an investor at Boldstart Ventures, the enterprise-first seed firm behind Snyk, BigID, and Tessl. Based in Miami and steeped in the early-stage game since his days at Union Square Ventures, Heald zeroes in on developer-first infrastructure, AI-native tooling, and the emerging protocols he describes as 'toll roads for the internet.'
