Started in 2017 by two ex-Atlassian employees, Benjamin Humphrey and Bradley Ayers, it began life as a repository for user researchers and grew into an organisation-wide intelligence layer used by roughly 40% of the Fortune 500, including AWS, Visa, Atlassian, Canva and Johns Hopkins. Accel led a US$63M Series A in January 2022 at a valuation north of US$700 million.

Sitemate is a Sydney-based software company building no-code tools for the 'built world' - construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing. Its flagship platform Dashpivot lets field and office teams replace paper forms, spreadsheets and PDFs with customisable digital workflows for safety, quality, compliance and project records, while Flowsite connects that data to other business systems. Used by thousands of companies across 150+ countries and backed by Blackbird, Sitemate is now positioning itself as a front-line AI company for industrial teams.
Liam Millward
Liam Millward is the co-founder and CEO of Instant, a Sydney-based ecommerce retention-marketing platform he started at 17 with CTO William Gao. Instant helps online brands recover abandoned carts, re-engage shoppers and lift revenue through AI-driven email, SMS and audience tools. By his early twenties the company worked with hundreds of brands, drove tens of millions in incremental revenue, and raised an $18 million Series A led by Hummingbird Ventures at a roughly $100 million valuation, backed by Blackbird, TEN13 and Reinventure. Millward is known for a relentless focus on profit and execution speed.

Askable is an Australian, AI-powered user research platform that combines a global panel of verified participants, certified human researchers, and research-specific AI into a single system meant to replace a team's whole research stack. Founded in 2017 in Brisbane, it started as recruitment software - the self-described 'Uber for user testing' - and has grown into an end-to-end product research suite used by teams at brands like Atlassian, Canva, Wise and Toyota. After roughly six years bootstrapped and profitable, the company raised a A$22M Series A led by AirTree Ventures in 2024 to expand in the US and UK and deepen its AI tooling.
Timothy Cocaro
Timothy Cocaro is the founder and CEO of Canibuild, an AI-powered instant site feasibility platform that lets builders and homeowners check in seconds whether a house, granny flat, pool or shed can go on a block of land - collapsing weeks of surveying, drafting and estimating into a single click. A builder by trade with a computer science degree from the University of Sydney, Cocaro spent two decades running RESCON Builders, Australia's largest dedicated granny-flat company, before turning his own construction frustrations into software in 2019. Canibuild raised an AUD 8 million Series A led by EVP in 2022, grew to thousands of daily users across Australia, New Zealand and the United States, and was named #1 in Real Estate at the Google Maps Platform Awards 2025.
