Kurt Kratchman
Kurt Kratchman is the New York-based CEO of Virti, an AI role-play and interactive video training platform used to teach communication, leadership and clinical skills. A technology operator with two decades in adtech, martech and media, he was COO of Grapeshot (acquired by Oracle, where he became a Group VP) and a founding partner at Makude Investment Partners. At Virti he leads the company's push to make experiential learning scalable through virtual humans, 360-degree video and generative AI.

Letter AI is an AI-native revenue enablement platform that turns a company's existing knowledge into real-time, deal-specific guidance for sales, customer success, and sales engineering teams. Founded in 2023 by Ali Akhtar and Armen Forget and backed by Y Combinator, the Chicago-based company combines content, coaching, training, and live CRM data into one workflow. In February 2026 it raised a $40M Series B led by Battery Ventures to power its new deal-level product, Letter Compass.

Mindtickle is a SaaS revenue enablement platform that helps enterprise sales teams ramp faster, coach smarter, and close more. Founded in Pune in 2011 and now headquartered in San Francisco, the company turned the messy art of sales training into a data-backed system used by Fortune 500 companies, then layered agentic AI on top with its 2026 ElevateOS launch.
Sriharsha Guduguntla
Sriharsha 'Sai' Guduguntla is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hyperbound, a YC S23-backed enterprise AI platform that pioneered AI sales roleplay. A self-taught full-stack engineer with 12+ years of software development experience and a UC Berkeley CS graduate (2022), he previously worked at Salesforce's Einstein AI Chatbots team and as a founding engineer at Bloom (YC W21). After conducting 2,000+ user interviews, he and co-founder Atul Raghunathan pivoted Hyperbound from email automation into the first scalable AI sales practice arena - trusted by IBM, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Bloomberg, and Autodesk. In September 2025, Hyperbound raised a $15M Series A led by Peak XV Partners.
