Matthew Wilson
Matthew Wilson is the co-founder and CEO of Jack & Jill, a London-based startup building two conversational AI recruiters - Jack for job seekers and Jill for employers - to replace the resume-and-keyword model of hiring. An Oxford-trained theoretical physicist turned serial founder, he previously co-founded Veratrak and scaled the global-employment company Omnipresent to a roughly $600M valuation in three years before its acquisition by Deel. In October 2025, six months after starting Jack & Jill, he raised a $20M seed round led by Creandum with backing from over 75 angels including Nico Rosberg.
Moe Nada
Moe Nada is the CEO and cofounder of SupportFinity, a San Francisco AI-native recruitment automation platform that sources across more than 2.1 billion profiles and runs the full hiring lifecycle through proprietary AI agents. A UC Berkeley MBA with roughly two decades across HP, HPE, IBM and OpenText, he moved from software engineering into product, implementation and customer success before betting that the resume-screening grind belongs to machines and judgment belongs to people.
Will Kramer
Will Kramer is the CEO and co-founder of Laila Technologies, a Buffalo, New York startup building HireGPT, an AI recruitment platform that pairs a marketplace of expert tech recruiters with AI agents to screen, evaluate, and match candidates. A Cornell graduate with more than two decades of software development experience, including leadership roles at startups and Fortune 500 firms such as Paychex, he says HireGPT processes over 50,000 technical applications a month and has helped companies cut hiring costs and timelines by more than half. He also mentors founders at the University at Buffalo and runs plain-English AI workshops for small business owners.
Dylan Serota
Dylan Serota is the CEO and Co-Founder of Terminal, a global tech talent marketplace that connects elite remote engineers with high-growth companies. After building a 100-person engineering team in Mendoza, Argentina during his time at Eventbrite, he co-founded Terminal in 2017 at the Atomic venture studio alongside Joe Lonsdale (Palantir co-founder) and Jack Abraham. Terminal has raised over $27M in funding including a $17M Series B led by 8VC, serves 100+ clients including Hims&Hers, iCapital, and Grindr, and is on track for nearly $50M in gross revenue. Serota took over as CEO in 2024 and has become a prominent voice on AI's impact on engineering talent and the future of distributed work.
