Founded in 2023 by Justin Fineberg and Ian Woodfill, the company raised a $10M Series A in 2025 and is used by more than 20,000 teams.
Justin Fineberg
Justin Fineberg is the co-founder and CEO of Cassidy, a New York-based platform that lets non-technical teams build AI agents and automations powered by their own company data. He got early beta access to OpenAI's GPT-3 in 2020, left a product role at Blade in 2022, and teamed up with engineer Ian Woodfill to launch Cassidy. TwinKnowledge is a New York-based AI company building custom copilots for the architecture, engineering, construction and operations (AECO) industry. Its platform connects to a firm's structured and unstructured data across 30+ tools and document repositories, then trains project-specific or company-wide AI agents that analyze construction documents, drawings, submittals and RFIs. The goal: catch scope conflicts and non-compliant designs before they become expensive rework, answer RFIs in seconds instead of days, and stop the institutional knowledge that walks out the door with every retiring engineer.
Ivan Panushev
Ivan Panushev is the CEO and founder of TwinKnowledge, a New York startup building AI agents that read the mountains of paperwork behind every building - submittals, RFIs, specs, drawings - and flag the conflicts before they reach the field. A Harvard-trained Doctor of Design, he co-founded Horizontal Systems (acquired by Autodesk in 2011 to seed BIM 360), led construction and real estate technology at AWS, and helped write the National BIM Standard. In 2025 TwinKnowledge raised a $3.7M seed led by Camber Creek, with clients including the U.S. Space Force, Toll Brothers, SHoP Architects, and Sound Transit.
