Matt Lhoumeau
Matt Lhoumeau is the cofounder and CEO of Concord, a contract lifecycle management platform used by over 100,000 companies. A French entrepreneur who founded his first company at 17, wrote speeches for Nicolas Sarkozy's 2007 campaign, and once spent six months manually renegotiating 500 contracts for a French telecom giant, Lhoumeau built Concord to make contract management as ordinary as sending an email.
Shashank Bijapur
Shashank Bijapur is co-founder and CEO of SpotDraft, an AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform used by in-house legal teams at companies including Airbnb. A Harvard Law LLM and former corporate attorney at White & Case in New York and Talwar Thakore & Associates in Mumbai, he started SpotDraft in 2017 after realizing that self-driving cars existed while lawyers still copy-pasted contract clauses. The company has raised roughly $90M in total funding, with a Series B led by Premji Invest, and employs around 330 people across India and the US.
Vishal Sunak
Vishal Sunak is a Boston software founder best known for co-founding LinkSquares in 2015 and running it as CEO for a decade, building an AI-powered contract-management platform for in-house legal and finance teams that raised roughly $161 million and grew to around 450 employees. Born in Brazil to Indian parents and raised in Rhode Island, he trained as an engineer, worked on military RF electronics, and cut his teeth in Boston B2B software at Backupify and InsightSquared before starting LinkSquares. He stepped back from the CEO role in early 2025, stayed on as a founding board member and advisor, and is now building a new, largely stealth venture called Joyride (joyride.ai).
Olga V. Mack
Olga V. Mack is the CEO of TermScout, an AI-powered contract certification platform that grades contracts as fair, balanced, and market-ready before negotiation even begins. A serial legal-tech CEO and former general counsel, she earlier ran Parley Pro through its 2022 acquisition by LexisNexis and stayed on to lead CounselLink. She is a six-time TEDx speaker, a Stanford CodeX fellow, the Generative AI Editor of the MIT Computational Law Report, an adjunct professor at UC Law SF, and the author of multiple books on boards, blockchain, and legal operations. Born in Ukraine and educated at UC Berkeley, she has spent her career trying to make law less of a bottleneck and more of a service.
