Lokesh Anand
Lokesh Anand is the co-founder and CEO of Sigmoid, a data engineering and AI consulting company he started in 2013 with two IIT Kharagpur classmates. Under his leadership, Sigmoid has grown into a 1,300-person firm serving Fortune 500 clients across CPG, retail, healthcare, BFSI and AdTech, backed by Sequoia Capital India. An electrical engineer by training with early stints at Siemens and Procter & Gamble, Anand has built Sigmoid around a distinctive thesis: bring rigorous engineering to analytics so enterprises can turn data into measurable business impact.
Alex Kelleher
Alex Kelleher is the founder and CEO of Quantum Rise, a Chicago AI consulting startup that raised a $15M seed in 2024 to pursue what he calls 'Consulting 2.0' - replacing billable-hours advice with heavy engineering and automation for mid-market companies. An Oxford-trained experimental psychologist, he has founded four data and decisioning software companies, with exits including Touch Clarity (to Omniture/Adobe), Cognitive Match (to Magnetic), and Vivid Edge. He went on to serve as Global CMO at Deloitte Digital and Chief Data Officer / President of Intelligence at Advantage Solutions. He is also a TED Global speaker and an exhibited artist.
Christine Williams
Christine Williams is the co-founder and Co-CEO of Foxtrot Services, a women-led, Foundry-native Palantir partner based in Washington, D.C. A Palantir alumna with a background spanning intelligence analysis, national security, and enterprise consulting at firms like Accenture, Peraton Labs, and Victory Six Advisors, she co-leads a company that helps organizations move AI out of the lab and into governed, operator-trusted production. Under her and co-CEO Nicole Sanders, Foxtrot grew from two people to more than 60 employees, posted 9.1x year-over-year revenue growth while remaining bootstrapped and profitable, and closed a Series A in early 2026.
Shub Bhowmick
Shub Bhowmick is the Co-founder and CEO of Tredence Inc., a data science and AI engineering company he built from a three-bedroom apartment in Bangalore in 2013 into a $350M-revenue powerhouse serving eight of the world's top ten global retailers. A chemical engineer turned management consultant turned founder, Bhowmick spent 17 years in corporate life at Infosys, Mu Sigma, Diamond Consultants, and Liberty Advisor Group before co-founding Tredence with Sumit Mehra and Shashank Dubey. Tredence raised $205M in total funding including a $175M Series B from Advent International in December 2022, employs 4,000+ people, and has a stated goal of reaching $1 billion in revenue by 2030.
Tarun Raisoni
Tarun Raisoni is the CEO and Co-Founder of Gruve, a Redwood City-based AI services company he launched in February 2024 after selling his previous venture, Rahi Systems, to Wesco International. Rahi Systems scaled to $500M+ in annual revenue across 25 countries with no external funding - then Tarun pivoted immediately to AI, co-founding Gruve with a mission to deliver outcome-based enterprise AI services. Within months, Gruve raised $87.5M in total funding, completed multiple acquisitions, grew to 500+ employees, and unlocked 500+ MW of distributed AI inference capacity across the United States. He is one of the rare founders who has built and exited multiple hundred-million-dollar companies and come back for more.
Alan Descoins
Alan Descoins is the CEO of Tryolabs, a Montevideo-born AI consultancy that grew from four people in 2009 into a 100+ person firm building custom machine-learning systems for clients like Nvidia, Hyundai and Ulta Beauty. A self-taught coder since age 12 and a Computer Engineering graduate of Universidad de la Republica, he was named to TIME's 100 Most Influential People in AI in 2025.
Dexter Ligot-Gordon
Dexter Ligot-Gordon is a California-born Filipino-American entrepreneur and Co-founder and CEO of Swarm, a GenAI consulting and implementation firm helping enterprises move AI projects from proof-of-concept to production. Before Swarm, he co-founded Kalibrr - the first Southeast Asian startup accepted into Y Combinator (W13) - and spent nearly a decade in public policy including serving as a UC Berkeley Student Regent. Swarm raised a $1.1M pre-seed round in November 2023 from Hustle Fund and Plug and Play.
