The company that runs the online stores behind the brands you buy from - and rarely gets its name on the receipt.

JET COMMERCE - PT Global Jet Ecommerce, headquartered in North Jakarta. An e-commerce enabler operating across Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, China and Brazil.
Jet Commerce is an e-commerce enabler. When a global brand wants to sell in Southeast Asia but has no local team, no warehouse, and no idea how six different marketplaces work, it hands the whole job to a company like this one.
Founded in Jakarta in 2017 as PT Global Jet Ecommerce, the company builds and operates official brand stores on platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop. It writes the product listings, runs the ads, answers the customer chats, packs the boxes, and processes the returns - the unglamorous back office that turns "we'd like to sell in Indonesia" into a running, staffed, stocked online business.
The pitch is simple, and the company states it plainly as its mission: make it easy for brands to connect with emerging markets. Southeast Asia has more than 600 million people and fast-rising mobile internet use, but no single, tidy way to reach them. Fragmentation is the problem. Jet Commerce sells the fix.
Over five years it grew from a single warehouse in West Jakarta into an operation spanning Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, China and Brazil, with more than 1,200 employees - over 90% of them hired locally in the markets they serve.
Shoppers almost never see the name. That is the point. The brand gets the credit and the storefront; Jet Commerce gets the repeat contract for keeping it running.
"Thanks to Southeast Asia's young demographic structure and increased mobile internet penetration rate, the scale of e-commerce in Southeast Asia continues to grow rapidly."Oliver Yang, Founder & CEO
Jet Commerce organizes its work into end-to-end services. A brand can take one, or hand over the entire operation.
Market-entry planning, brand positioning, and channel strategy for entering or scaling in Southeast Asian marketplaces.
Daily management of official stores across Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop - listings, pricing and promotions.
Digital marketing, creative design, photo and video production, and performance advertising to drive traffic and conversion.
CRM, chat handling and loyalty programs supporting shoppers across every channel a brand sells on.
Company-operated fulfillment centers handling storage, order processing, returns and packaging customization.
SaaS systems, order and warehouse management, and data analytics that tie the whole operation together.
In June 2022 the company launched LumbaLumba Live Stream - "lumba-lumba" is Indonesian for dolphin - a dedicated studio for running livestream selling as social and live commerce reshaped the region.
Jet Commerce operates stores for consumer brands in electronics, beauty, FMCG and appliances - names shoppers know, sold on platforms shoppers use.
Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Bukalapak, Zalora and JD.ID, plus brand-owned D2C stores built on Shopify and Magento. In Shopee's 11.11 Shop Partners Program, Jet Commerce placed 2nd.
A B2B service enabler: brands pay through service fees, commissions and margin on managed sales. Revenue scales with the brands' online GMV and how many of the six service lines they engage.
In August 2022 Jet Commerce closed over $60 million in Series B financing, earmarked for infrastructure, local hiring and SaaS development.
Series B was joined by Jinqiu Capital, Hidden Hill Capital, Zhejiang SilkRoad Fund, Hui Capital and ATM Capital.
"Jet Commerce has now grown into a market leader in the Indonesian e-commerce brand operation industry," said Yang Jie of Jinqiu Capital.
Plenty of firms offer marketing or store management. Jet Commerce's harder-to-copy edge is the physical layer underneath it.
While many enablers stayed asset-light, Jet Commerce opened its own fulfillment centers - the first in Rawa Bokor, West Jakarta, in 2018, then a larger facility in Daan Mogot, Tangerang, in 2019. In markets where logistics is the genuinely hard part, controlling storage, packing and returns turns a service into an operation competitors cannot quickly replicate.
Its competitors are the region's other enablers - aCommerce, SCI Ecommerce, Sirclo and China-origin brand-operation groups expanding into Southeast Asia. Against them, Jet Commerce leans on breadth: strategy through fulfillment under one roof, a heavily local workforce, and early moves into livestream selling as TikTok Shop rewired Indonesian retail.
The company also sits at a useful crossroads. Chinese investors and a Hangzhou group headquarters give it cross-border reach into China, while 90%-plus local hiring keeps it grounded in each Southeast Asian market it serves.
