The Story

The marketing department that fits in your pocket

The world's biggest brands run marketing with teams of specialists, agency retainers and dashboards nobody outside the department understands. The real estate agent down the street has a phone, a listing due Friday, and no time to become a media buyer. Evocalize was built on the conviction that the gap between those two worlds should not exist.

Founded in Seattle in 2014 by Matthew Marx and Kumar Srinivasan, Evocalize is a marketing-technology company that packages the firepower of enterprise advertising into software simple enough for a solo local professional. Its platform lets a user describe a goal - promote a new listing, recruit an agent, build a brand - and then builds the plan, launches it across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and even physical direct mail, and keeps optimizing as results come in.

Most people who use Evocalize have never heard the name. That is by design. The platform is white-labeled and embedded inside the tools that agents and loan officers already use - portals, brokerages, CRMs and lenders - so the Evocalize engine runs quietly under someone else's brand. The company describes itself as having built the first Collaborative Marketing Platform: infrastructure that lets a large partner and its thousands of local users execute complex marketing programs together.

That architecture has moved real volume. Evocalize reports more than $1 billion in local marketing programs powered through the platform and over a million agents, loan officers and operators reached. In January 2022 it raised a $12 million Series A led by Move, Inc., the operator of Realtor.com - a strategic bet from deep inside the housing industry it serves.

"The marketing power that fuels the world's biggest brands should belong to every local business." Evocalize company vision
What it does • Who it serves • What it solves

One button, many channels, real accountability

01 / What it does

Automates the whole campaign loop

Expert-built templates plus AI generate the ad copy, choose the audience, allocate the budget and launch across 7+ channels - then learn from every result to optimize the next round.

02 / Who it serves

Local pros, via big partners

Individual real estate agents and mortgage loan officers, reached through enterprise partners like Realtor.com, Rate, eXp Realty, Keller Williams, CMG Financial and MoxiWorks.

03 / What it solves

Sophistication without staff

Running compliant, multi-channel paid media usually requires a team. Evocalize compresses that into a push-button workflow a busy local professional can actually use.

How it's different

Owned demand, not rented leads

First-party demand

Where many vendors resell the same purchased lead to multiple buyers, Evocalize generates first-party demand the user actually owns - campaigns tied to their own brand, listings and pipeline.

Compliance built in

The Digital Co-Marketing Network engineers RESPA and TCPA rules directly into the product, so agents and lenders can legally split ad costs and share leads without a lawyer on speed dial.

A network, not just a tool

By connecting agents and lenders who market together, Evocalize turns a SaaS product into a network - each new participant makes co-marketing more valuable for the others.

Invisible by design

White-label embedding means partners keep their brand while Evocalize supplies the engine - the reason a million users run on it without seeing the name.

Business model & market

Where Evocalize fits

The model

B2B2C SaaS. Evocalize licenses its white-label platform to enterprise partners - brokerages, lenders, franchise networks, portals and CRMs - who embed it for their local users. Revenue comes from platform and licensing fees plus the advertising spend flowing through the system.

The market

Evocalize sits in through-channel / local marketing automation, a category that includes SOCi, Uberall, Synup and Tiger Pistol. Its edge is depth in housing - real estate and mortgage - where compliance and co-marketing between agents and lenders create a defensible niche.
