Company profile / Communication meets consequence

The Consulting Company That Built a Stage - Then Turned the Lobby Into a Job Market

Corp4ness began with a language problem: companies had good intentions and forgettable ways of expressing them. Its answer now stretches from strategy decks to television studios, conference stages and a free arena built around real job vacancies.

There is an old trick in the conference business: put the important people onstage and the ordinary people in the audience. In Bogotá in October 2025, Corp4ness complicated the seating plan. Upstairs, Foro IMPACTA sold corporate admission for US$200 and premium admission for US$300. Elsewhere in the same venue, Workness Arena invited job seekers in for free. They could browse thousands of live vacancies, join workshops, meet recruiters and ask for one-to-one guidance. The executives had the microphones. The applicants had something potentially more useful - an application.

That arrangement tells you nearly everything worth knowing about Corp4ness. The company is based in Weston, Florida, but its center of gravity moves between the United States and Latin America. It calls itself a creative producer of impact. This is more revealing than the familiar label of management consultancy. Consultants diagnose. Producers make sure the chairs arrive, the camera is rolling, the guest has a story and somebody is still paying attention on Monday.

Corp4ness does both. It develops strategy, communication, advertising, public relations, content and live experiences for organizations interested in wellbeing, inclusion, sustainability and leadership. Then it gives those ideas somewhere to go. Foro IMPACTA convenes the room. Gente que Impacta and GQI Media carry the stories. All4ness supplies the wider philosophy. Corp4ness is the machinery backstage.

Corporate plus awareness

The word Corp4ness joins “corporate” and “awareness,” which sounds like branding until you notice the practical tension it describes. A company can publish a sustainability report and still fail to make anyone care. It can schedule a wellbeing workshop and leave the workplace untouched. It can announce an inclusion pledge that never reaches hiring, management or the customer experience. Corp4ness works in that awkward distance between intention and attention.

Wendy Sayago, its CEO and co-founder, brought strategy, marketing and corporate psychology credentials to the problem. Horacio Ontiveros, its COO and co-founder, brought decades in Spanish-language radio, television, podcasts and production. Their pairing makes the company easier to understand: one founder speaks in systems and culture; the other knows what happens when a message meets a distracted audience.

The company lists 2013 as its founding year. Its broader All4ness movement took shape in 2019, during the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates. All4ness grouped several large ideas inside one elastic suffix: wellness, mindfulness, wealthiness, happiness and kindness. This could have remained a pleasant manifesto. Instead, the founders kept inventing containers for it.

The product is not the event. It is the loop.

A normal agency sells a campaign. A normal conference producer sells a room full of people for one day. Corp4ness is assembling a loop in which each activity supplies the next one. Advisory work identifies the themes companies care about. The forum gathers leaders, universities and social organizations around those themes. Interviews and publishing extend the shelf life. Mentoring and employment programs turn an abstract subject into an encounter with consequences. Those encounters create the next stories and the next set of partners.

This is the company's competitive distinction. A wellbeing consultant might conduct an employee survey. An experiential agency might produce the launch. A publisher might interview the speakers. A recruiter might run the career fair. Corp4ness tries to connect all four. Its P.E.A.C.E. methodology is the internal bridge: productivity with purpose, conscious focus, creative adaptability, creativity with a cause and energy that inspires. The language is soft-edged. The underlying job is hard-edged coordination.

The customer base follows that breadth. HR and communications teams can buy strategy or production. Brands can sponsor a visible platform. Universities can host and shape programming. Public and nonprofit groups can reach employers and entrepreneurs. Audiences can enter through a podcast, a live forum, a workshop or a vacancy. The company has publicly named relationships or appearances involving LATAM Airlines, Microsoft, L'Oréal, Procter & Gamble, Compensar, Universidad EAN, El Tiempo and other institutions. These relationships vary - speaker, sponsor, participant, host, media ally - and should not be flattened into a single customer list. Their combined value is distribution.

A ticket on one side, a vacancy on the other

The 2025 Bogotá program made the business model unusually visible. Ticket revenue and sponsorship supported the executive conference. A ten-ticket package carried a 25 percent discount and could be linked to the Mentores de Impacto model, through which business leaders helped entrepreneurs gain access and guidance. The employment arena remained free. El Tiempo served as presenting media partner, Universidad EAN as venue and academic partner, elempleo.com helped supply the employment layer, and other partners contributed speakers, recruiting access or social credibility.

Before the event, organizers promoted more than 20,000 vacancies. A later GQI publication described more than 30,000 active roles made available through the partner network. The figures are not the same measurement, but the progression is useful: Corp4ness was no longer merely discussing the future of work. It had persuaded employers and an employment platform to bring inventory.

“Workness Arena es empleabilidad aplicada: todo en un solo día y con resultados concretos.”Horacio Ontiveros, co-founder and COO

This is also where the experiment becomes testable. The count that matters next is not stage attendance or social impressions. It is interviews completed, hires made, mentors who returned and job seekers whose circumstances changed. Corp4ness speaks often about impact measurement. Workness Arena gives it a chance to replace the conference industry's favorite proxy - the crowded photograph - with outcomes that survive the event.

What another company can copy

Own a recurring format, connect paid and free participation without confusing them, and give every partner a concrete job. A media company brings reach. A university brings place and trust. An employment platform brings vacancies. The producer makes the pieces feel like one experience.

The advantage is breadth. So is the risk.

There is a reason most small firms choose one noun. Agency. Consultancy. Publisher. Conference. Corp4ness has chosen several, and each one brings a different calendar, sales cycle and definition of success. The model works when the same subject can move cleanly through all of them. A leadership idea becomes a client engagement, a panel, an interview and a mentoring session. The pieces share an audience and reinforce one another.

It becomes less persuasive when “impact” is only decoration, when partners want visibility without contributing utility, or when the audience has no practical next step. It also depends on regional relationships. A forum designed in Florida but staged in Bogotá needs local institutions, credible speakers, employers with real openings and people who understand the room. Without that network, the ecosystem becomes a list of logos.

The public story does not offer a neat early failure or a cinematic pivot. What it shows instead is accumulation. A 2015 women's leadership event precedes the 2019 All4ness movement. Corporate wellbeing work precedes the first Bogotá forum in 2023. A television appearance in 2024 helps explain the message. In 2025, the event adds employment, mentoring and awards. By 2026, live mentoring and GQI publishing keep the system active between major gatherings. The change is not a sudden change of mind. It is the steady realization that advice gains power when the adviser also owns the stage, the camera and the invitation list.

That is why the most telling Corp4ness image is not a founder at a lectern. It is the doorway between the conference and Workness Arena. On one side, leaders discuss what organizations owe society. On the other, somebody is trying to get hired. The company's future will be decided by how often it can make that doorway real.
