●FEB 2026: ARHAMSOFT ANNOUNCES JAPAN TECHNOLOGY MOU WITH GOOD CREATE●IN FOCUS: THE WORK BETWEEN YOUR BUSINESS SYSTEMS
Company / Software & IT services

ArhamSoft makes the pieces work together.

The Lahore software company builds apps, connects business systems and supplies engineering teams. Its most revealing work begins where one piece of software stops talking to another.

MIE Solutions began with a modest request: connect part of its customer-management software. In a 2021 client review, its sales executive described how discussions with ArhamSoft widened the brief. The developers linked four systems, then took on marketing work. The reported annual spend was about $60,000. A small integration job had become an ongoing relationship. That progression helps explain ArhamSoft better than a long list of programming languages.

The useful version
  • Build a custom application or connect the systems you already have.
  • Hire a whole delivery team or add individual specialists.
  • Judge the work through a defined workflow, working software and clear acceptance criteria.

The trouble starts between the apps

Consider the retailer in ArhamSoft’s POS-integrated ERP case study. Sales, inventory, human resources and billing lived apart. Stock records drifted. Closing the books took too long. Each department could have perfectly respectable software and still leave somebody reconciling the gaps.

ArhamSoft describes interviewing department heads, designing connected modules, testing checkout interfaces with staff and introducing the system in one pilot store before a wider rollout. The sequence matters. A working till is useful; a working till that updates stock and feeds billing changes how the business operates.

The company reports that the project halved month-end closing time. Treat that as a result from its own case account, with that project’s conditions attached. The more portable lesson is the rollout: learn in one store before asking every store to change.

One lesson plan, several destinations

The same problem turns up in a classroom. ArhamSoft’s Teacher AI Assistant addresses educators entering lesson plans and assignments into separate platforms, including Canvas and Atlas. The repetition consumes time and creates opportunities for different versions of the same material.

Its response combines uploads, platform connections and synchronized publishing. The interesting detail is how ordinary the task sounds. A lesson plan needs to reach the places a teacher already uses. The design works with those habits rather than requiring the entire school to begin again.

ArhamSoft also describes a separate math application accepting spoken questions and photographed text. Those are different jobs: distributing teaching material and helping interpret a problem. They show why “AI development” needs a more precise brief before anyone can sensibly discuss price or usefulness.

Buying a team, not a login

ArhamSoft occupies the services side of the software market. Customers commission engineering, integration and support. They can bring a product idea, an awkward existing application or a shortage of developers. A subscription to a finished business tool solves a different purchasing problem.

The company offers project-based work and dedicated specialists or teams. That lets a buyer choose between handing over a defined build and adding capacity to an internal department. The arrangement deserves as much attention as the technology: who decides priorities, reviews the work and keeps knowledge when people change?

Its broader menu includes mobile applications, cloud and DevOps work, blockchain development, design and marketing. Enterprise services cover CRM migration and customization around existing platforms. A broad supplier can reduce coordination between contractors. Buyers still need to assess the engineers assigned to their particular job.

Its AI practice spans conversational systems, computer vision, generative tools and data analysis. Those capabilities lead to different acceptance tests. A support assistant needs useful answers; a visual inspection system needs reliable recognition under relevant conditions. The label on the proposal tells you the field. A demonstration using your own examples tells you much more about the fit.

A small test of trust

One unusually concrete offer is QaaS, its testing service aimed at fintech and payments teams. A two-week proof of concept takes one workflow, assigns a QA lead and tester, and produces test cases, automated regression checks and a release recommendation. The customer retains the test assets.

02Test for two weeks
03Keep the test assets

That is a useful purchasing shape: a bounded piece of work with something inspectable at the end. It also requires preparation. Requirements, a test environment and an engineering contact are inputs to the engagement. A short trial becomes much less informative when nobody has defined what success means.

Lahore’s other export: capability

Founded in 2007 by Muhammad Irfan Zafar, ArhamSoft now identifies Muhammad Adil Irfan as CEO. Lahore is its headquarters; New York and Sharjah extend its presence. Its story belongs to the international trade in engineering services, where understanding the customer’s operation travels alongside the code.

There is a training component, too. A 2022 agreement with FAST-NUCES Lahore covered research, workshops and bootcamp facilities. ArhamSoft’s careers page advertises paid certifications and continued learning. Both fit a services business whose capacity depends on developing people.

In February 2026, the company announced an MOU with Japan’s Good Create covering future software, AI, enterprise integration and knowledge-sharing work. It establishes a framework for cooperation. The practical value will come through the projects and working relationships built within it.

“We challenge ideas, not people.”

Make the brief earn its keep

The friction is instructive. One NFT-marketplace client said some functions initially behaved incorrectly; clearer specifications helped resolve them. That is a reminder that a developer cannot reliably implement a distinction the customer has not explained.

ArhamSoft’s discovery workshop offers stakeholder interviews, prototypes, requirements and a development roadmap. Buyers can copy the underlying discipline: identify the handoff, show the exception, name the person who accepts the result. If standard software already fits the process, custom development may add expense without enough benefit.

An outside team also needs an inside owner. Someone must explain unusual transactions, settle conflicting requests and approve changes. A buyer unable to supply that attention should budget for the missing decisions as carefully as the development hours. Delegating implementation can free capacity; decisions about how the business should operate still belong to the business.

The revealing question is where information gets stuck. Follow an assignment, an order or a customer record until somebody must intervene. That is where a proposal becomes specific enough to test, price and compare.
