Rachel Lea Fishman
Rachel Lea Fishman is co-founder and CEO of Arketa, a New York-based operating system for boutique fitness and wellness studios. A certified yoga instructor turned software CEO, she started the company in 2020 with UCLA classmate Josh Archer to give small studios the tools she wished she had when she was working the check-in desk. In June 2025 Arketa raised a $15 million Series A led by Inspired Capital, bringing total funding to roughly $23 million and its customer base to more than 3,000 studios and gyms.
Ami Lebendiker
Ami Lebendiker is the founder and CEO of Roga, a neurotech company that makes a discreet behind-the-ear wearable for stress relief paired with an on-demand content app. A former product manager at Google, he spent a decade shipping hardware including Pixel phones and Google Home before turning his cost-engineering instincts toward consumer neurotech. Earlier he founded Mango Startups, billed as the first ICO backed by a venture fund in Latin America, and helped coordinate the region's startup accelerator network. Costa Rica-born and multiply credentialed, he is part operator, part investor, and part builder who keeps returning to the same idea: democratize access to things normally locked behind gatekeepers.
Valerie Huynh
Valerie Huynh is the co-founder and CEO of Reviva, an AI-native, all-in-one software platform built for wellness and medspa businesses - the scheduling, charting, payments, and client management that aesthetic practices run on. A Stanford-trained operator who logged time as a venture investor at NEA and on the go-to-market team at Assembled, she started Reviva after watching her mom, an integrative-medicine practitioner and compounding pharmacist, wrestle with software that was never built for her. Reviva raised a $2M pre-seed led by Bling Capital and Village Global in June 2024.
Kaushik Arakalgud
Kaushik Arakalgud is a technology entrepreneur and builder based in Bengaluru, India, currently working in AI at Domestika - the global creative learning platform that reached unicorn status with a $1.3B valuation in 2022. As Co-Founder and CTO of Aimwiser, an AI and neuroscience-powered people and wellness intelligence SaaS platform, he brings together his passion for education technology, artificial intelligence, and human development. Trained as a computer science engineer at PES College of Engineering, Kaushik has spent his career at the intersection of technology and meaningful societal impact.
