Kevin Klockenga is President and Chief Executive Officer of Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Santa Clarita, California, a 357-bed not-for-profit community hospital and Level II trauma center. He took the corner office in March 2023, following a decade running Providence's Northern California region and a long arc through hospital administration that began in central Illinois and ran through Washington University in St. Louis. He sits on the board of the Hospital Association of Southern California and is known inside the building for an old-school work ethic, a vintage Corvette he tinkers with, and a stated mission to leave a culture behind that outlives him.
Sailesh Kumar
Sailesh Kumar is the founder and CEO of Baya Systems, a Santa Clara startup building unified fabric and chiplet interconnect software for AI silicon. A former Intel Fellow and the co-founder of NetSpeed Systems (acquired by Intel in 2018), he holds more than 150 patents and is among the most-cited engineers in network-on-chip design.

Jim McKelvey is the co-founder of Square (now Block, Inc.), a serial entrepreneur, master glassblower, author, and philanthropist from St. Louis. He built Square after losing a $2,000 sale at his glass studio because he couldn't accept American Express - and turned that frustration into a payments company that beat Amazon when it tried to copy them. He's also founded Invisibly, co-founded LaunchCode (a nonprofit that guarantees tech jobs), serves as an Operator Advisor at Redbud VC, and is a former Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
