Thibaut Machet
Thibaut Machet is the CEO and co-founder of PlayPlay, a video creation platform that lets marketing, HR and communications teams turn text and raw clips into polished branded videos without editing skills. He started it in 2017 after six years running social media at Eurosport, grew it to roughly 240 employees across Paris, New York and Berlin, and raised a $55M Series B in 2022 led by Insight Partners. He now runs the company from New York, where he moved to build out the US business.

Sanket Shah is the co-founder and CEO of InVideo, an AI-powered video creation platform with over 50 million users across 190+ countries. Starting in 2012 with book-summary YouTube videos and a first company that was acquired, he built InVideo in 2017 on the belief that anyone should be able to create professional-quality video without technical skills. The company has raised over $52 million from Tiger Global, Peak XV, and others, is on a $50 million annual revenue run rate, and is now expanding into AI-driven filmmaking through a strategic partnership with Bollywood studio Abundantia Entertainment.
John Kremer
John Kremer is the CEO of Rizzle, a San Francisco-based AI video platform that turns written content into broadcast-quality video for publishers and media companies. A 30-year Silicon Valley veteran, Kremer brings operational depth from senior leadership roles at Yahoo!, Adobe, and JP Morgan Chase - having helped Adobe's Digital Media business scale from under $3B to over $12B in revenue. At Rizzle, he leads a platform reaching over 1 billion viewers across MSN, Yahoo, NewsBreak, and social media, cutting video production time by up to 98% and costs by 80% for media clients.
