Tanya Bakalov
Tanya Bakalov is the CEO and founder of HelloTeam, a Boston-based employee engagement and performance management platform she started in 2016. A Bulgarian immigrant and University of Delaware accounting graduate, she left Deloitte in 2005 to co-found SevOne, the network monitoring company she scaled with her husband from three people to more than 500 employees and roughly $100M in revenue before its acquisition. A 2016 EY Entrepreneur of the Year and Inc. Female Founders 500 honoree, she raised a $10M Series A led in large part by payroll billionaire Tom Golisano and is pointing HelloTeam at AI-driven employee retention.
Athena Doshi
Athena Doshi is the founder and CEO of Exactrx, a Nashville-based healthtech company building AI-native infrastructure that helps ambulatory surgery centers stop costly day-of cancellations and recover lost revenue. A two-time digital health founder who once turned down a medical school acceptance, she pairs a physiology and neuroscience background from UC San Diego with hands-on product work at Omada Health and Heartbeat Health. Her platform pairs autonomous, embedded checklists with a payer-rules engine running more than 80,000 rules, and she was named to Inc.'s 2025 Female Founders 500 list.
Richard Fine
Richard Fine is Chief Business Officer at Zocdoc, where for more than a decade he has helped turn a doctor-booking marketplace into what he calls 'healthcare access infrastructure.' A two-time founder with two exits, he built Help Remedies, the over-the-counter brand that made aspirin boxes funny and won a Cannes Lion, and spent years as a brand strategist at Redscout working with Nike, PepsiCo and Diageo.
