Garrett Fienberg
Garrett Fienberg is the Chief Executive Officer of Truveris, a pharmacy cost containment company that has built an independent, data-led technology platform to bring transparency to PBM pricing and drive down drug costs for employers and benefit consultants. He joined Truveris in 2021, was elevated to Chief Operating Officer in March 2024, and stepped into the CEO role in 2025. Over a 20-plus-year career he has founded and sold venture-backed startups, run growth for a publicly traded healthcare SaaS company, and worked across venture capital, hedge funds, investment banking, and consulting.
