ONVI is a Chicago-based oral health technology company building what it calls an operating system for dental care. Founded by dentist Dr. Craig S. Kohler, the company pairs camera-equipped brushes - led by the Prophix video toothbrush - with a HIPAA-compliant software platform, ONView, that links what people see in their own mouths to their dentists. In August 2025 ONVI launched a $25 million Series A to commercialize a six-product hardware-and-software system aimed at closing the visibility gap between dental visits.

Impress is a Barcelona-based orthodontic company building Europe's largest chain of clear-aligner clinics. Founded in 2019, it pairs in-clinic, orthodontist-led treatment with AI-driven planning and remote digital monitoring to make discreet teeth straightening faster, more convenient, and more affordable. After acquiring DrSmile in 2024, Impress operates over 110 clinics across roughly ten countries in Europe and the United States.

OrthoFX is a Fremont, California clear-aligner company building the next generation of orthodontic care - shorter-wear NiTime aligners made of a proprietary HyperElastic polymer, paired with FXOnTrack, an AI platform that lets doctors monitor patients remotely. Founded by Invisalign veterans, it is a hybrid B2B/D2C model designed to make straight teeth predictable, affordable, and a lot less tedious.
