Ythalo Silva
Ythalo Silva is the co-founder and CEO of Vobi, a Y Combinator-backed (W22) project and construction management platform built for small construction businesses across Latin America. He turned a struggling home-renovation marketplace called HomeHero into a SaaS product that helps contractors, architects, and remodelers cut manual budgeting and procurement work in half. A serial founder out of the MAR Ventures venture builder, he previously co-founded Modiax, acquired by Foxbit in 2019.

Roberta Sotomaior is the co-founder and CEO of Bloom Care, a Sao Paulo digital health platform for women and families that she built after walking away from a career in international diplomacy. She spent roughly six years studying conflict resolution in Boston, decided prevention beat firefighting, and turned that conviction into a B2B2C company now embedded as a corporate benefit at hundreds of Brazilian employers including Natura, Sanofi and SulAmerica. She raised a R$3M pre-seed in 2021, drew angel checks from the presidents and ex-CEOs of Novartis and Gympass, and made CB Insights' global list of promising digital health startups as the only one founded entirely by women.

Henrique Andrade is the CEO and co-founder of CEFIS, Brazil's largest corporate education platform for accounting, tax, and labor law professionals. Founded in Goiânia in 2013 and launched in 2014, CEFIS has scaled to over 400,000 students and 5,000+ courses, reaching its first million reais in revenue within 14 months.
