PERSUIT
PERSUIT is an enterprise SaaS platform that helps corporate legal departments scope, price, select and manage their outside law firms. Founded in 2016 by former DLA Piper partner Jim Delkousis, it runs competitive RFPs, structures alternative fee arrangements, benchmarks rates and - after its 2025 acquisition of Apperio - tracks legal spend from intake through invoice payment. The company built on a simple premise: clients value outcomes, not billable hours.
Aavenir
Aavenir is a Texas-based enterprise software company that builds AI-powered source-to-pay and contract lifecycle management (CLM) applications natively on the ServiceNow platform. Founded in 2019 by Jesal Mehta, the company uses AI agents, machine learning, and natural language processing to automate contracting, sourcing, invoicing, vendor onboarding, and obligation management so procurement, legal, and finance teams can cut cycle times, reduce risk, and gain end-to-end visibility across the vendor and contract lifecycle.
