Sam Fitzroy
Sam Fitzroy is the co-founder and CEO of Dalia, a Boston-based candidate conversion platform that re-engages job seekers who visit career sites but don't apply. A former Indeed early employee and later VP at The Muse and partnerships lead at Jobcase, he started Dalia in 2019 and raised a $5M Series A in January 2023. His pitch, delivered in interviews with a kind of exhausted evangelism, is that 75% of applicants drop off at the account-creation step, and someone should probably do something about that.
Moe Nada
Moe Nada is the CEO and cofounder of SupportFinity, a San Francisco AI-native recruitment automation platform that sources across more than 2.1 billion profiles and runs the full hiring lifecycle through proprietary AI agents. A UC Berkeley MBA with roughly two decades across HP, HPE, IBM and OpenText, he moved from software engineering into product, implementation and customer success before betting that the resume-screening grind belongs to machines and judgment belongs to people.
Simba Jonga
Simba Jonga is the founder and CEO of Laborup, an AI-powered hiring platform often described as the LinkedIn of manufacturing. A University of Tennessee chemical engineer turned Stanford AI researcher, he built Laborup after watching skilled machinists, welders and technicians struggle to get hired despite working inside high-tech factories. The platform uses an autonomous AI voice agent to interview and vet workers, building profiles in minutes and matching them to high-paying industrial jobs. Laborup has raised $7.7M from investors including NVP, Torch Capital and angels Jeff Dean, Jeff Jordan and Evan Moore, grown a 25,000-strong East Tennessee worker network, and is expanding across the South and Midwest.
Will Kramer
Will Kramer is the CEO and co-founder of Laila Technologies, a Buffalo, New York startup building HireGPT, an AI recruitment platform that pairs a marketplace of expert tech recruiters with AI agents to screen, evaluate, and match candidates. A Cornell graduate with more than two decades of software development experience, including leadership roles at startups and Fortune 500 firms such as Paychex, he says HireGPT processes over 50,000 technical applications a month and has helped companies cut hiring costs and timelines by more than half. He also mentors founders at the University at Buffalo and runs plain-English AI workshops for small business owners.
Hariharan Kolam
Hariharan Kolam (Hari Kolam) is the co-founder and CEO of Findem, an AI-powered talent data platform headquartered in Redwood City, California. A serial entrepreneur with 20+ years building technology companies, he previously co-founded Instart Logic as CTO, accumulating over 50 technology patents. At Findem, Kolam is reimagining recruitment by replacing resume-based hiring with 3D candidate profiles that synthesize data from over 100,000 sources and 1.6 trillion data points - turning talent acquisition from a guessing game into a data science problem. Under his leadership, Findem raised a $51M Series C in October 2025, bringing total funding to $124M.
