Walter Wu
Walter Wu is the founder and CEO of Hirey, a Palo Alto based recruiting technology company he started in 2021. A Tsinghua University graduate who cut his teeth on the chat-based hiring app Hirect, Wu built Hirey into a platform that pairs recruiters with vetted candidates and, more recently, uses AI to compress time-to-hire in high-volume sectors like home care and healthcare staffing. Backed by roughly $14M in disclosed funding, Hirey has since leaned into AI-native recruiting and an agent-mediated introduction network for founders, early hires, and collaborators.
Christopher Calmeyn
Christopher Calmeyn is a New York based product designer and startup founder, best known as a co-founder of Fetcher, an AI recruiting platform that automates candidate sourcing and outreach across a database of hundreds of millions of professional profiles. He began his career in quantitative currency investing before moving into product design, and built a string of consumer and professional mobile products, including the business messaging app Caliber, before helping pivot that team into recruiting. That pivot became Scout, named after his dog, which later rebranded to Fetcher. Fetcher has raised more than $40 million and serves hundreds of corporate talent teams.
Irene Chung
Irene Chung is a product builder and former startup founder who leads collaboration product work at Webflow, the visual web development platform. She co-founded and co-ran StellarEmploy, a data-driven recruiting tool for high-turnover hourly jobs that was later acquired by Learning Collider, then built collaboration and integrations products at Dropbox before joining Webflow. Trained with dual graduate degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School and MIT Sloan, she describes herself as a builder focused on how people use technology to think and work together.
Fred Goff
Fred Goff is the co-founder and CEO of Jobcase, the Cambridge-based social platform built for and around workers rather than recruiters. A first-generation college graduate from Toledo, Ohio, he ran roughly a billion dollars in emerging-markets trading on Wall Street before turning a machine-learning hedge fund team loose on the labor market in 2009. Jobcase now counts more than 130 million registered members and ranks among the largest online destinations for career services. Goff has become one of the more vocal executives arguing that the AI era should put people first, a stance that landed him on the 2026 TIME100 list.
