Pavilion (formerly CoProcure) is a San Francisco-based govtech company building the marketplace for public procurement. It lets state, local, and education agencies find and reuse contracts that other public entities have already competitively bid and awarded - a practice called cooperative purchasing or 'piggybacking' - so buyers skip months of paperwork and vendors sell more using contracts they already won. The platform is free for governments, and layers vendor search, smart intake routing, compliance guidance, and an AI Contract Hub on top of a repository of tens of thousands of shareable public contracts.

AutogenAI builds custom AI language engines that help enterprises and government bodies write bids, tenders, proposals and grant applications faster and more persuasively. Founded in late 2021 by former bid writer Sean Williams, the company applies generative natural-language technology to a slow, manual process, claiming roughly 30% higher win rates and up to 85% lower writing costs for clients. Backed by Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Blossom Capital, it has raised $65.3M and serves Fortune 500 companies, consultancies, construction firms, government agencies and nonprofits from offices in New York, London and Brisbane.

Wiedza i Praktyka (WIP) is one of Poland's largest providers of specialist professional information. Founded in Warsaw in 1997, it equips accountants, HR and payroll specialists, occupational-safety officers, healthcare managers, educators, lawyers and public administrators with the practical, up-to-date guidance they need to apply constantly changing regulations. WIP blends print and e-letters, industry web portals, software tools, expert helplines, and the Educado online learning platform, plus open and in-house training through Akademia Wiedza i Praktyka. Since August 2025 it has been wholly owned by Germany's VNR Group.
