Sabrina Cherubini
Sabrina Cherubini is the Chief Marketing Officer of FULLBEAUTY Brands, the plus-size and big-and-tall apparel group behind names like Catherines, ellos, Swimsuits for All, Jessica London and Brylane Home. A French-born marketer who began at Leo Burnett and Havas in Europe, she has spent two decades moving between advertising agencies, startups and Fortune 500 retailers including Kmart, Sears, Ann Taylor and Loft. Before FULLBEAUTY she spent nearly four years at lingerie brand Hanky Panky, where she helped grow the direct-to-consumer share of revenue from under 20% to roughly half. She is a Women in Retail Leadership Circle member, a nonprofit board member, and an advocate for women's leadership communities.
Vivian Alhorn
Vivian Alhorn is Chief Marketing Officer at Torrid, the plus-size apparel retailer serving women in sizes 10 to 30. She joined Torrid in 2021 as VP of Digital Experience, was promoted to Chief Digital Officer in 2022, and stepped into the CMO seat in March 2023. Her career has moved through some of the country's most recognizable specialty retailers, including Gap Inc., Banana Republic, Pottery Barn, Sephora and Gymboree, giving her a rare mix of merchandising, ecommerce and brand fluency.
Nadia Boujarwah
Nadia Boujarwah is a Cuban-Kuwaiti American entrepreneur, investor, and size-inclusivity advocate best known as the Co-Founder and former CEO of Dia&Co, the leading online marketplace for plus-size women's fashion (sizes 10-32). She grew the company to over $100M in annual revenue and raised $120M+ from Sequoia Capital and Union Square Ventures before a successful acquisition by FullBeauty Brands in April 2024. She is now a Founder Partner at Founder Collective, the seed-stage VC firm that was one of Dia&Co's earliest backers, where she invests in and mentors early-stage founders.
