Nicole Sanders Is Building the Human Layer Enterprise AI Forgot
The Foxtrot Services co-founder learned inside Lockheed Martin and Palantir that complicated systems succeed only when people trust them. Now she is turning that lesson into a company built around the unglamorous work between an AI demo and a dependable operating tool.

Christine Williams is the co-founder and Co-CEO of Foxtrot Services, a women-led, Foundry-native Palantir partner based in Washington, D.C. A Palantir alumna with a background spanning intelligence analysis, national security, and enterprise consulting at firms like Accenture, Peraton Labs, and Victory Six Advisors, she co-leads a company that helps organizations move AI out of the lab and into governed, operator-trusted production. Under her and co-CEO Nicole Sanders, Foxtrot grew from two people to more than 60 employees, posted 9.1x year-over-year revenue growth while remaining bootstrapped and profitable, and closed a Series A in early 2026.
Will Manning
Will Manning is the co-founder and CEO of Spiral, a New York data company building infrastructure for the moment machines became the main consumers of data. He spent nearly a decade at Palantir co-creating and scaling Foundry, then set out to fix a bottleneck nobody else seemed bothered by: GPUs that can swallow terabits per second, fed through legacy file formats that make CPUs decompress everything first. His answer is Vortex, an open columnar format he donated to the Linux Foundation, and Spiral, the exabyte-scale system built on top of it. Spiral launched from stealth in September 2025 with $22M from Amplify Partners and General Catalyst.
