Mike Shebat
Mike Shebat is the co-founder and CEO of Traba, a New York-based labor marketplace that supplies vetted on-demand workers to warehouses, distribution centers, and light industrial employers. He started the company in 2021 after seeing, from inside a McMaster-Carr shipping floor and later Uber Eats, how often temp workers simply don't show up. Traba has raised roughly $46 million from Founders Fund and Khosla Ventures, and Shebat, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, runs it on a famously intense in-office schedule.
Snow Huo
Snow Huo is the co-founder and CEO of Langfinity (formerly Byrdhouse), a San Francisco AI company building real-time voice and video translation across 100+ languages for global teams. A former remote Chinese interpreter and product leader at Groupon, Chowbus, and Disney, she moved to the US at 17 and was teased for not speaking English - an experience that became the founding seed for a tool that lets people understand each other instantly, no matter the language they speak.
Arjun Mahadevan
Arjun Mahadevan is the co-founder and CEO of doola, a New York based company that turns the headache of starting a U.S. business into a few clicks. Built after his own frustrating attempt to incorporate a company across borders, doola handles LLC formation, banking, bookkeeping and taxes for founders in more than 175 countries. A Wharton and Penn dual-degree graduate and former Dropbox growth PM, Arjun walked away from a comfortable big-tech job at 24 to build a 'Business-in-a-Box' on the belief that talent is everywhere but opportunity is not. He hosts the 15-Minute Founder podcast and writes a newsletter read by a large weekly audience.
Erik Torenberg
Erik Torenberg is a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), where he joined in April 2025 after a16z acquired his media network Turpentine. A serial founder and investor, he was a first employee at Product Hunt, co-founded Village Global (a $100M VC fund backed by Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg), founded On Deck (a fellowship network for founders), and built Turpentine into a leading tech media network before its acquisition.
