Density is a San Francisco-based people-analytics company that builds privacy-first sensors and software to measure how offices, buildings, and other spaces are actually used in real time. Founded in 2014 by Andrew Farah, it pairs radar and depth-sensing hardware with its Atlas analytics platform to help enterprises cut real estate costs, plan hybrid workplaces, and understand utilization without cameras or personally identifiable data. Backed by more than $225 million in funding and a $1.05 billion valuation, Density serves Fortune 500 customers across dozens of countries.
SiteWorx is a cloud-based energy and facility management platform for industrial and commercial buildings. Built on a foundation of intelligent lighting controls, it unifies sensors, metering, and third-party systems to give operators real-time visibility into water, air/HVAC, gas/steam, and energy/lighting (WAGE) so they can cut waste and reduce operating costs. The platform is the continuation of Digital Lumens' connected-lighting technology, now owned and developed by SiteWorx Software after acquiring the assets in 2023.
