Marlon Misra
Marlon Misra is the cofounder and CEO of Assembly (formerly Copilot), a Y Combinator-backed New York software company building a client-portal platform - often described as 'Shopify for service businesses.' Assembly raised a $10M Series A, serves more than 1,000 firms and roughly a million of their clients, and rebranded from Copilot in September 2025 alongside the launch of an AI assistant for professional services firms.
Yotam Cohen
Yotam Cohen is the co-founder and CEO of Daisy, an AI-native property management company he started in 2019 to fix the way condos, co-ops, and HOAs are run. Before Daisy he co-founded Wibbitz, a video technology company acquired by Vimeo, and served as a naval officer in the Israel Defense Forces. From a single SoHo building signed in 2021, Daisy has grown into what city data calls New York's fastest-growing management company, now overseeing more than 100 buildings across New York and New Jersey with plans to expand nationally by 2028 and globally by 2030.
Ephraim Luft
Ephraim Luft is the co-founder and CEO of Togetherhood, a New York-based platform that helps schools, residential buildings and community spaces source, schedule and manage high-quality enrichment programs taught by vetted independent teaching artists and coaches. He built the company with his wife Danielle after pandemic remote learning collapsed for their own family in 2020, prompting them to rent space, hire teachers and build a classroom from scratch. Before Togetherhood, Ephraim was Chief Product Officer at luxury fashion platform Farfetch, where he sat on the executive board through its roughly $7B IPO, and earlier co-founded and led Circle of Moms, a parenting social network acquired by POPSUGAR in 2012. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ilana Borkenstein
Ilana Borkenstein is the co-founder and CEO of M7 Health, a New York healthtech company building nurse staffing and scheduling software designed by the people who live the night shift. A registered nurse who worked a bone marrow transplant unit at Memorial Sloan Kettering - the literal M7 floor the company is named for - she turned a Harvard Business School class project into a platform now used daily by tens of thousands of clinicians across more than 60 hospitals. M7 has raised about $17 million, including a $10 million Series A led by Threshold Ventures, on a single idea: fix nurse scheduling not as a math problem but as a human one.
